The finalists in the national competition which celebrates excellence across the Scottish real estate industry have been announced following entries from across the country.
The Scottish Property Awards is an independent awards programme which seeks to recognise and reward achievement in public and commercial property development. Organisers have now revealed the companies responsible for the developments and teams which have progressed to the finals in 15 categories.
A judging panel of 20 industry experts assessed and scored entries which featured office developments, hospitals, schools, health and community centres, universities, hotels, and regeneration sites across the country.
Alan Robertson, Chair of the Scottish Property Awards Judging Panel, commented:
“Chairing the judging of this year’s Scottish Property Awards has been another fascinating and rewarding experience. With such a large and experienced panel, we were able to appreciate a range of views drawn from across the real estate industry. Congratulations to all the finalists and we look forward to celebrating with you at the Awards dinner in February.”
Chris Peace, Peace Recruitment Group, commented:
“Peace Recruitment is delighted to sponsor the Scottish Property Awards, the biggest event of the year in the property calendar. As a specialist in talent resourcing in property, engineering, and construction, we are very proud to play our part in celebrating and rewarding individual and team success. Congratulations to all the finalists and look forward to seeing you all in February.”
