A live reunion and celebration for the Scottish commercial real estate sector is on track for a busy success with over 550 people booked to attend the Glasgow event in less than one month’s time.
The 9th annual Scottish Property Awards will celebrate finalists and winners in 15 categories which showcase the best in property development including commercial and public projects, deals and teams. It’s the first time the event will take place live in over 2 years.
The programme is supported by Peace Recruitment, PMP and the Scottish Property Federation recognises and rewards progress in the built environment for commercial and public use. An expert panel of 21 judges discussed and determined their decisions in a debate led by Alan Robertson, Chair of the Judging Panel and Director of West Town Edinburgh Ltd.
Included in the line-up is the popular Deal of the Year, sponsored by PMP, which will be rewarded to a transaction which scored highly in its significant, value, scale and impact. The awards presentation will also include a tribute to senior figure in the industry with the Business Leadership Award, sponsored by Bank of Scotland.
