The Scottish Property Awards are back for their 13th year, celebrating the outstanding achievements across Scotland's commercial and public property sectors. This prestigious event has become a highlight in the industry calendar. It is set once again to be a spectacular evening recognising the very best in property development, design, and innovation. This year, the awards also arrive with a fresh new look, as the brand has undergone a refresh.
The awards span a wide range of categories designed to showcase exceptional projects and individuals who are shaping Scotland’s built environment. Categories this year include Development of the Year, Architectural Excellence Award, and Build to Rent Development of the Year. In recognition of the industry’s ongoing commitment to diversity and fairness, a brand-new category has also been introduced – Excellence in Equality and Inclusion.
The programme invites entries from property developers, architects, construction firms, and public sector bodies, offering the chance to gain national recognition for projects that demonstrate not only outstanding design and execution but also a positive contribution to communities and the environment.
Entries will be rigorously assessed by an esteemed judging panel chaired by industry veteran Alan Robertson. The panel is made up of leading experts from across the property sector, ensuring that only the most deserving projects are celebrated.
Entries are now open, with a deadline for submissions on Tuesday 28th October 2025. The awards ceremony will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow Central, on Thursday 26th February 2026.
