The prestigious Scottish Property Awards 2025 finalists have been officially unveiled, recognising the very best in Scotland’s commercial and public property sectors. Now in its 13th year, the national awards programme continues to shine a spotlight on the innovation, ambition, and excellence transforming Scotland’s built environment.

Following an exhaustive evaluation process, the independent judging panel—comprising 15 leading experts from across the property industry—carefully reviewed more than 50 entries submitted by teams and organisations from every corner of the country. Their deliberations have resulted in a compelling shortlist across 17 diverse categories, celebrating standout new buildings, regeneration projects, design achievements, and the dedicated teams driving progress in Scotland’s property landscape.

This year’s finalists reflect the vibrancy and diversity of the market, with categories designed to recognise both major developments and smaller, community-focused initiatives. From groundbreaking commercial schemes to inspiring public sector facilities, the shortlist highlights the talent, creativity, and commitment of architects, developers, engineers, surveyors, and property professionals working throughout Scotland.

The Scottish Property Awards team extends sincere thanks to PMP, Peace Recruitment, and Rightmove Commercial for their generous support as Premium Sponsors of the 2025 programme.
We are especially delighted to welcome Rightmove as a new premium partner this year. Their support—alongside the contributions of our valued category sponsors—helps ensure that the programme continues to celebrate excellence and provide a platform for outstanding work across Scotland’s property sector.

The winners will be revealed at a spectacular awards celebration taking place on Thursday, 26th February 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Cambridge Street, Glasgow. The annual ceremony is widely regarded as a highlight in the industry calendar, bringing together key figures from Scotland’s property, development, and construction communities for an evening of recognition, networking, and celebration.

The Scottish Property Awards dinner consistently sells out, offering a unique opportunity to connect with colleagues, clients, and partners while celebrating the achievements of Scotland’s property sector.
