The Scottish Property Awards has announced a new three-year partnership with Channel Finance Group, reinforcing a shared commitment to recognising excellence, supporting innovation and celebrating the organisations and individuals shaping Scotland's built environment.
The agreement will see Channel Finance Group become Headline Sponsor of the Scottish Property Awards through to 2029, supporting one of Scotland's most respected and established property industry recognition programmes as it enters its 14th year.
For more than a decade, the Scottish Property Awards has showcased the projects, businesses and professionals helping to drive investment, regeneration and development across Scotland. The announcement comes as preparations begin for the 14th Scottish Property Awards, which will take place on Thursday 25 February 2027 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow Central.
