The Scottish Property Awards are officially back for their 14th year, inviting businesses, projects, teams and individuals from across Scotland’s property and built environment sectors to enter the 2027 awards.
Recognised as Scotland’s national celebration of achievement in real estate, the Scottish Property Awards showcase excellence across the built environment, celebrating the developments, businesses and people helping to shape Scotland’s places and communities.
Following another successful year, the 2027 awards return with a refreshed programme of 15 categories, recognising achievement across development, architecture, regeneration, sustainability, property agency, finance, social impact and business leadership.
This year also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the awards, with Channel Finance Group joining as Headline Sponsor.
The three-year partnership will see Channel Finance support the Scottish Property Awards as it continues to celebrate the strength, ambition and achievements of Scotland’s property industry.

The 2027 awards are also supported by Premium Sponsors PMP, Peace Recruitment and Rightmove Commercial, whose continued involvement helps the Scottish Property Awards recognise and celebrate excellence across Scotland’s property and built environment sectors.
Entries are now open, with organisations encouraged to showcase their achievements from the past 12 months. The programme includes opportunities for projects at every stage of the property sector, alongside awards recognising outstanding companies, agencies and emerging talent.
Entries will once again be assessed by an independent panel of experienced professionals from across the property sector. Judges review and score entries in advance before coming together for an in-person judging day, where shortlisted entries are discussed and winners selected through a collective voting process.
The Scottish Property Awards will also continue its relationship with Spifox, the property and construction industry charity which has raised and donated more than £6 million to support children and young adults in Scotland. The Spifox Charity Fundraising Champion of the Year challenge will run through to the awards ceremony in February 2027, supporting CHAS and its More Than a Hospice Appeal for Rachel House.
The deadline for entries is Monday 2 November 2026, with the winners to be announced at the Scottish Property Awards dinner and celebration at the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central on Thursday 25 February 2027.
