Scotland's property industry is gearing up for the 11th annual Scottish Property Awards competition. The prestigious awards ceremony, which celebrates outstanding achievements in the commercial and public property sectors across Scotland, promises to be a night to remember.
The awards outline a range of categories, including Development of the Year, Architectural Excellence Award and ESG Refurbishment of the Year. These categories aim to recognize projects that not only exemplify excellence in design and execution but also make positive contributions to the community and the environment.
Local property developers, architects, construction firms, and public sector bodies are all encouraged to submit their entries and be in the running for these prestigious awards. The judging panel, comprising experts from various fields related to the property sector, will be chaired by Alan Robertson. He commented:

As the entry deadline approaches, excitement is mounting within Scotland's property community, and expectations are high for another exceptional celebration of excellence in the commercial and public property sector. The entry is now open and with the deadline set for Monday 13th November 2023.

The 2024 Scottish Property Awards will be held at the DoubleTree Hilton, Glasgow Central, on Thursday 29th February 2024. As one of the most anticipated events in the Scottish property calendar, the ceremony will bring together professionals, industry leaders, and stakeholders to honour the best in the field.
